How to Brew:
Scoop 1 cup of ERKATA (እርካታ): Cold Brew Blend into a plunger or container
Pour 4 cups of cold water (filtered if possible) into the container
Let it cool in the fridge for at least 12hours.
Strain the coffee and get ready to drink!
You can keep the strained coffee in the fridge for up to a week
Add sugar and flowers as you please
