ROAST: We offer a medium coffee roast for those who want a light, smooth and subtle taste and a medium-dark roast for thicker stronger coffee. Our Dark/Oily & Traditional roast is for strong coffee lovers! Past the second crack, we roast the beans to the darkest shade until they ooze out their oils. Dark/Oily & Traditional is the type of roast you experience during East African coffee ceremonies. As our beans are organic single origin beans, the roast will be thick but wont be bitter as other dark blended roasts.

Whole Bean: A whole roasted bean
Plunger Ground: Coarsely ground beans
Stove Top: Medium ground beans
Filter Ground: Medium/fine ground beans
Turkish: Fine ground beans
Espresso Ground: Very/fine ground beans

Please note, it sometimes taste best when coffee beans are brewed immediately after they have been ground.
